Refund and Returns Policy

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered), or

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • An unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue may be required as proof

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and proof of defect/wrong item

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refund 

  • After inspection, we will offer a refund, as applicable

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time after approval

Important Note

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
